• The heart rate measurement feature on the watch face operates independently and is not synchronized with Samsung S Health, Google Fit, or any other applications. To measure your heart rate, ensure the watch is properly positioned on your wrist, then tap the HR measure button. The heart icon will blink during the measurement process, and after a few seconds, a new heart rate value will be displayed.
• Please verify that you have enabled all necessary permissions for the watch face in settings/applications/permissions.
